cucumber pouch

What you will need:

> 1/2 small cucumber (grated)

> 1 piece of DIY facial guaze (there are plenty of options on Amazon. You will need a guaze without eye/mouth holes pre cut)

How to:

Always test patch new ingredients. Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Using clean utensils, grate approximately 1/2 cup of a cucumber. Place the grated cucumber in the middle of a piece of gauze and bring the corners together to create a pouch. Gently dab the pouch over a freshly cleansed face/ neck/ décolletage, using a loving and featherlike touch. Alternatively, you can slice the cucumber and place it over the face whilst lying down for 5-10 mins. To prevent the cucumber from sliding off, it can be helpful to use a DIY facial gauze. First cut a hole in the gauze for your nose to poke through so you can breathe easily, then gently lay it over your face with the cucumber slices on top. You can also take the grated cucumber and squeeze the juice into a bowl using clean hands. Use cotton pads to gently apply the juice to your face for a toning and soothing effect. The skin is left feeling refreshed and hydrated!
