Hi I’m Sophie - an Ayurvedic Health & Skincare Advisor.
When I hit my late 30s, I noticed changes in my skin and natural beauty. My once-radiant complexion became dry, dull and less vibrant, making me feel older than I was. Like many, I tried everything: countless products, beauty supplements and treatments, hoping for a quick fix. But nothing seemed to work long-term. I started to wonder if this was just part of aging… but deep down, I knew it didn’t have to be this way.
Everything changed when I realised that the key wasn’t in more products or treatments -it was in nourishing my skin from within and making holistic adjustments to my lifestyle. When I embraced this approach, my skin began to regain its glow. By the time I turned 40, I felt more vibrant and confident, with healthier, more hydrated skin than I had thought possible.
