preventing & soothing broken capillaries

Explore holistic ways to prevent and soothe broken capillaries.

Please note that the massage sequence provided in this tutorial is relevant to broken capillaries on any area of the mid/ lower face. You will follow the same sequence by opening/clearing the pathway above the broken capillaries, but please adjust the strokes so that you never apply any pressure to areas over the broken capillaries. By beginning the sequence at the ears, we stimulate lymph and create more space for blood to flow freely in preparation for massaging the rest of the face.
