tension release for soft & radiant facial beauty
One of the simplest yet most effective ways to enhance facial beauty and naturally lift the face is by consciously releasing facial tension. Many of us carry tension in our facial muscles throughout the day without even realising it. This tension becomes so habitual that we often don't notice it, but it can impact the way our face looks and feels.
The first step in releasing this tension is becoming aware of it. Once we’re aware, we can use our breath, along with a gentle, loving touch, to consciously let go of it.
When we release tension from the facial muscles, we open up space for circulation and energy to flow more freely. This promotes a softer, more open and radiant face.
In this short sequence, we will focus on:
A) Bringing awareness to facial tension, and
B) Gently releasing it using a soft and loving touch.
Create a calming environment to practice in and take your time. Allow yourself to fully enjoy the expansive sensation of your facial muscles shifting from contraction to relaxation.
