In Ayurveda, we understand that our bodies are made from the same five elements that make up all of nature. Known as the panchamahabhutas, these five elements are; space/ethers, air, fire, water and earth.

These five elements are the foundation beneath all Ayurvedic principles that support hydrated skin and vibrant ageing. In this presentation we explore each of the five elements and the roles they play in promoting the body and mind to function optimally.
