In step 2 we will uncover daily rituals to connect you with nature's rhythms, including your own internal rhythms. When we live in alignment with these natural rhythms we feel and look our best. The principles and rituals shared in this step may have a powerful and accumulative effect when practiced consistently. Creating a daily schedule that includes nourishing practices, known as your dinacharya in Ayurveda, is a vital step on the path to cultivating radiant skin and promoting vibrant longevity.
What you will need
You may wish to use a pen and paper for the integration exercises. I do recommend manually journalling as opposed to using a phone or laptop to support your body and mind to be as calm and grounded as possible.
Designate a sacred space
Given that slow living and relaxation play such a vital role in cultivating healthy skin, I encourage you to watch the content at a time when you can be present and calm. It can be supportive to designate a sacred space for this purpose, where you can feel calm and relaxed. This will support you to properly digest the content, so you can transform it into embodied knowledge.
