How to:
On the inhalation, allow the abdomen to rise to the count of 4. On the exhalation, allow the abdomen to naturally fall for the count of 6. Try to keep the chest as still as possible and adjust the count if needed so it feels comfortable for you and never strained. Always work to your own comfortable level. You can breathe this way for 3-5 minutes for deep relaxation or take 1-2 relaxed breathes throughout the day when you feel your energy rising and need to drop back into your centre.
