Designate a sacred space and tidy kitchen

Given that slow living and relaxation play such a vital role in cultivating healthy skin, I encourage you to watch the content at a time when you can be present and calm. It can be supportive to designate a sacred space for this purpose, where you can feel calm and relaxed. This will support you to properly digest the content, so you can transform it into embodied knowledge. A tidy and well organised kitchen will support you in cultivating more sattva (peace and balance) during the cooking process. I encourage you to spend some time tidying and sorting out your kitchen as this can have a profound effect on the food you create and your enjoyment levels throughout the cooking process.
